However, the customer service team was the best part of this purchase. They resolved my issue in just two emails—I sent photos of the damage, and they took care of everything right away. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. As an added bonus, they provided a full replacement—not just the damaged part, but an entirely new table. As for the table itself, it’s great. The quality for the price is outstanding, and it definitely does not feel cheap. In fact, it feels much sturdier and higher quality than comparable IKEA products. I would absolutely recommend this table and would not hesitate to purchase from plank and beam again."
