"Honestly the worst purchase and customer experience I've had in decades. The bed came with a faulty part and I've now been waiting for nearly 3 weeks and the replacement part still hasn't arrived. When I email to get it resolved it's usually just an AI bot saying how sorry they are but nothing ever gets resolved. If I was to send it back it would be nearly impossible because all the parts came in flimsy wrapping that break the minute you open the packaging. Definitely do not buy this."
