"We purchased this nightstand with the two drawers in Pecan. We ordered it on Thursday night and it arrived Saturday afternoon! It was well packaged with styrofoam in one box. FYI, EVERY piece needs to be assembled. From unpacking to completion of assembly, it took an hour and 5 minutes. It helped that we had a power screw driver, but it’s not necessary. Since there are so many screws, I highly recommend going through the instructions (which are all images and easy to follow) and note which parts require the short gold screws, the long gold screws or the short silver screws. (You don’t want to use a long screw when a short screw it required or you’ll go through the wood and create a hole on the drawer fronts - that ALMOST happened 😳. ) The nightstand is all solid wood except the back panel and the drawer bottoms, but there is a center wood support for the drawer bottoms so they won’t sag over time with weight. I even like that they provide the felt for the bottom of the legs to prevent floor scratches - very thoughtful! The finish is a nice satin with a mild wood grain. The color is a warm light brown with no hints of orange or blonde. Excellent quality for the price. Perfect size, just measure to be sure you are happy with width and height. Highly recommend! If I was doing an entire bedroom, I’d buy the entire set. Great product (made in Vietnam). Thank you Plank and Beam!!!"

"Absolutely love these nightstands for my guest room! Timely delivery, easy to assemble, quality materials, and the finished product is beautiful. The walnut color is a nice medium to dark brown. Coordinates well with the bed I already have. The dimensions make it a substantial nightstand unlike others that are scaled on the small side. This was my first Plank & Beam purchase and I would definitely buy from them again, no hesitation!"

The tops of both the nightstands had a bit of blotchiness in finish is the only reason I took off a star. Love the solid wood, assembly was simple and the nightstands seam solid.
