"Good bed for the price. Super heavy. I was able a put the king bed together by myself. However once put together it takes 2 people to move it. Also, you need 2 people to get the delivered boxes inside. I was concerned about the off gassing but I will wait it out and continue to ventilate the room. Overall, price was right"

In person the “blonde” color looks like a warm oak (not super pale) and is absolutely beautiful, especially paired with some warm lighting. It has a nice sturdy, modern, and clean design and feels very smooth to the touch. It was also fairly straightforward to put together, and all the pieces fit with no issue. I highly recommend!!"
"Absolutely love this bed! The only issue was putting it together. The directions could be clearer, it’s intimidating opening up all the different hardware and none of it was labeled. I went through each piece and was able to narrow it down. Directions could also be more specific, it’s just pictures and at one point we had to back track because a piece was backwards. I truly love the bed, but I wasn’t expecting it to be that complicated to put together."
"Better arrive without instructions on how to assemble if you go on their website there’s a link to the assembly instructions, but it does not work when you try to contact plank and beam. They do not answer when you send them an email. It’s just AI so basically this bed is no better than a bunch of firewood."

There should be some written instructions rather than illustrations. Edges of two headboard pieces not stained. . . called customer and proactively assisted to provide options to resolve. . . very satisfied with outcome! Note: Have not fully assembled bed frame due to awaiting delivery of new mattress and can't move existing bed frame just yet."
