Bad Information from Customer Service
"Before I bought this, I asked, via Email and Chat, that I intended to use the bed on carpeting and if that would be a problem. I was told in the same manner both ways (Bot/AI likely) that the wheels ""wouldn't make contact with the carpeting"" because the trundle ""attaches to the bed"". They would not answer my repeated question about what the wheels actually rolled on. Well, after building the bed, I quickly realized that the wheels INDEED make contact with the carpet and that is how the trundle rolls under the bed. Because my carpeting isn't that thick, it rolls under without great effort, so I am OK with the purchase. HOWEVER, I am greatly disappointed in the customer service, the absolute incorrect answers they provided, and that they could not answer any of my follow up questions. Love the furniture, but I know to be very careful/do as much research as possible before making a purchase."
