"All parts were wrapped securely and nothing was broken, chipped, cracked, or missing. I've bought furniture that had to be assembled from other companies that had all sorts of oroblems when I opened the box and saw what was waiting for me. I'd reached the point were I dreaded opening another box that I had to assemble. I'd ask myself can I live with the dents and chips and missing paint or am I gonna return this crap! So I was pleasantly surprised by this company. I did have a small problem with a screw that won't go all the way into one of the holes but I don't think anybody will end up crashing to the floor if they sit on the bench. The two benches are a perfect match for a small kitchen bistro table from the Pottery Barn, 18 years old and still in good shape. The two chairs that came with it didn't hold up nearly as well, so I'm very happy with these two benches that will replace those old chairs."

I’m really happy with these

"I’m really happy with these stools. They’re very high-quality and very sturdy and I’m using them in my Tea house, which they will get a lot of use and I wholeheartedly feel that they’ll hold up. They have a large seat as well which I think can accommodate many sizes of people that being said, they did look quite big when I initially put them together and was a little bit worried of how much space they took up, but I think for the quality and the size accommodation they allow the’ll work out really well."

"I bought the table and chairs used and wanted to compliment it by buying the matching stools, which turned out very well. Be careful with the tightening of the screws. One of the runs had split on my stool so hopefully long-term that isn’t going to cause any problems, but it must be due to the dry wood."

Excellent Quality Stool Set

"The stools are EXCELLENT quality, they come packaged in minimal materials yet well wrapped to avoid damage, and they are easy to put together. We are very happy with our purchase. I would have given a 5 star rating, but one piece was missing from the set and instead of sending us the missing piece, the company sent an entire stool despite my requests for just the one piece. They said they don't have spare parts. The turn around time to get the fourth stool was quick, however, I like eco-friendly companies and this was wasteful. Unless you know someone crafty enough to make the missing piece, you are throwing out an almost perfectly good stool!"
