"Very nice looking bunk bed. Perfect for small guest room. Instructions a little hard to follow. It Would be helpful to label the packets of screw sizes because they are all so similar. Ended up being 20 screws short but called and received them within 2 days. Good customer service. Happy with purchase."
"We bought two sets of these beds for grandkid overnights in our bonus room. The room has sloped ceilings, and I needed staggered bunks to fit the space. Since the kits are reversable (can be used on RH or LH applications), they were great for the space. The kits and assembly instructions were well organized and easy to comprehend. Each kit took about 3 hours to assemble. The beds are very solid and stable, and they look great. We bought standard 8" foam platform bed mattresses from Amazon, and they were perfect for the job. Overall, these beds are a great value."

"Overall, very happy with the product itself. Unfortunately, on your website, the items needed for the twin bed and trundle was not made very clear and I end up ordering two full mattresses. Tried to contact plank and beam since I did not buy that directly through them, they would not exchange it, which is very frustrating. I now have a full mattress that I don’t need and most likely won’t be able to sell. So from a customer service standpoint, I give this a fail."
"It is a sturdy solid wood bed that should last a long time. The wood and finish are a bit prone to nicks and scratches but it isn’t a huge negative, but it kept me from giving it a 5. Very happy with the product over all. Relatively easy to assemble. Excellent instruction. Mostly did it by myself, but needed a 2nd person at the end to attache the side boards and raise the bunk bed up. The weight is fine, but needed 4 or 5 trips to carry it to the 2nd floor by myself."
"The beds are sturdy and we do like them. 2 items to be aware of: On the top bunk there is no bar stopping someone from rolling off the top bunk. We added something as a precaution. The furniture is hard to put together. I have put together A LOT of furniture over the years with nearly no help. I could not have done this without my husband, I needed more strength."
"I am SO HAPPY with this bed! I fell for a “solid wood” bunk on Amazon that turned out to be literally made of cardboard and flaky cardboard at that! It was so wobbly and noisy and I was literally scared for my life. We researched and found this bed which is ACTUALLY solid wood and not thousands of dollars. So happy with this bed! It is beautiful, solid, affordable, easy to assemble, it does not make noise and I feel safe. Absolutely am 100% satisfied with this bunk bed. So happy we got."
