At Plank + Beam, your satisfaction is our priority! If your order doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry – we're here to help you every step of the way. We offer hassle-free returns with pickup right from your doorstep.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of new, unused, unassembled, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery receipt. We aim to ensure your return process is smooth and stress-free.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for Canada, Alaska or Hawaii orders, if you have an issue with your order please reach out to customercare@plankandbeam.com
Packaging + Shipping
We kindly ask that returned items are shipped back in their original packaging if possible. If the packaging is no longer available, please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Contact our Customer Service team for a return shipment authorization. We’ll schedule a pick up right to your door! Just pop the label on the box and leave it available for the pick-up team. Please note that your estimated shipping charges reflect our discounted rates and our hassle-free pickup from your doorstep.
Refunds + Credits
Once we receive your return and ensure that the items are in good shape, we will issue a refund. Please note that there may be a 10% restocking fee. If you opt for a store credit, the restocking fee will be waived - our way of saying thank you!

Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If you encounter any issues with your Plank+Beam product, just let us know, and we’ll arrange for repairs, replacement parts, or a full replacement if necessary.
Please keep in mind that our warranty is non-transferable and doesn’t apply to resold items. It’s valid only for products used as intended and under normal conditions. Any damage or defects caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or commercial use won’t be covered under our warranty.
Defective or Damaged Item
Information security is critical to our business. We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information in our possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We are committed to processing your data in a secure manner and have put in place specific technical and organizational measures to prevent the personal information we hold from being accidentally or deliberately compromised.
Please be aware that these protection tools do not protect information that is not collected through our website, such as information provided to us by e-mail. We also conduct information risk assessments, we ensure that our staff understands the importance of protecting personal data, and we are responsibly managing access rights within the company.
We urge you to keep any password that you establish with us in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also remember to log off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
Final Sale Items
Mattresses are final sale and cannot be returned.
Changes and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please understand that due to our timely shipping and processing times, we may not be able to fulfill every change or cancellation request. Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
