"First and foremost, 10 stars for customer service! Unfortunately, FedEx damaged both the box and my table during delivery, and the table arrived with a broken edge. However, the customer service team was the best part of this purchase. They resolved my issue in just two emails—I sent photos of the damage, and they took care of everything right away. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. As an added bonus, they provided a full replacement—not just the damaged part, but an entirely new table. As for the table itself, it’s great. The quality for the price is outstanding, and it definitely does not feel cheap. In fact, it feels much sturdier and higher quality than comparable IKEA products. I would absolutely recommend this table and would not hesitate to purchase from plank and beam again."

"Love the table and the quality. It is pretty amazing and for that prize! It is a bit difficult to put together alone and I had to take a break because screws wouldnt go in and it made me get annoyed. One wood plate is slightly increased then the other side, I assume it is the wood because it is only on one side one spot. Still all in all a great table and great quality."
