"Very impressed with this bunk bed. We got two of the twin over full in Navy. It compares to the Pottery Barn for much less money. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Just organize your pieces based on numbers. We used a metric ruler to measure the screws to identify the correct ones. Very happy with this purchase and plan to purchase more Plank and Beam!"

I contacted customer service and was assisted promptly . I was assured a new pice would be sent to me within a few days it has been two days now we will see if it arrives.
