"The full bed we ordered (from Plank + Beam) was so low to the ground that we could not make this trundle work. It was disappointing. I've submitted a request for return authorization WELL within the return window and have been waiting over two weeks just for the return to be authorized (not even for it to be picked up) despite numerous emails with customer service and despite the trundle being in it's original packaging. It's been a frustrating experience all around."
